  6. All sales are final, no refunds, no returns, no rain checks
  7. Any and all sales and purchases are compliant with Florida Law. Should you have any disputes or other items of concern, the local, state, and federal laws as stated in the provisions for the state of Florida USA will be followed under the jurisdiction of our home state, FL.
